At East Coast Peptides, we are committed to providing high-quality research-grade peptides, amino acids, and advanced compounds for laboratory and research applications only. Our products are not intended for human consumption, medical use, or therapeutic purposes.
Due to the sensitive nature of research-grade materials, all sales are considered final. Approved refunds, when applicable, are generally issued as store credit unless otherwise determined at the sole discretion of East Coast Peptides.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be reviewed under limited circumstances, including:
- The order has not yet shipped
- The wrong product was sent
- The product arrived damaged due to improper packaging
- The item received is materially different from the product description listed on our website
For missing, damaged, or incorrect items, customers must provide clear photographic evidence of the order, including the original vacuum-sealed packaging. This documentation is required before any refund or store credit request can be reviewed.
Refunds are not provided for:
- Change-of-mind purchases
- Customer ordering mistakes
- Products used in research before an issue was reported
- Delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Products opened, altered, or no longer in original condition
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund review, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at:

Requests submitted after the 48-hour window may not be eligible for review.
Refund Review Process
Once your request is received, our support team will review the information provided. Depending on the situation, we may require additional photos, documentation, or return of the product before a resolution is issued.
Approved refunds will be provided as store credit to the customer’s account unless East Coast Peptides determines otherwise.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where East Coast Peptides shipped the wrong item or the product was damaged during transit due to packaging issues.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless our support team agrees otherwise in writing.
Order Cancellation
Orders that remain unpaid for more than 24 hours may be automatically canceled and removed from our system. Customers are encouraged to complete payment promptly to prevent order cancellation.
