Order Processing & Fulfillment
East Coast Peptides works to process and ship orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Orders placed before 3:30 PM Eastern Time typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after 3:30 PM Eastern Time are usually processed the following business day.
During periods of high order volume, holidays, carrier disruptions, or unexpected delays, processing times may be extended. If a significant fulfillment delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer.
All processing and shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping Carrier & Method
Orders are shipped using USPS Ground shipping services unless another shipping option is made available during checkout.
Shipping availability is limited to locations serviced by USPS. Carrier delays caused by weather, natural disasters, holidays, staffing shortages, transportation issues, or operational disruptions are outside the control of East Coast Peptides.
Tracking Information
Once a shipping label is created, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system. In some cases, tracking may show limited movement or delayed scans even after the package has been accepted by the carrier.
A temporary tracking delay does not necessarily mean the shipment has been lost or failed.
Estimated Transit Times
Typical USPS Ground transit times are approximately 2–5 business days for most domestic U.S. destinations.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier volume, weather, holidays, and other conditions outside of our control. Estimated delivery dates provided by USPS are not guaranteed.
Backorder & Split Shipment Policy
At East Coast Peptides, we work hard to fulfill orders as quickly as possible while maintaining inventory availability for our customers.
If your order contains both in-stock and backordered items, all available products will be shipped immediately using the shipping method selected at checkout. The shipping charge paid during checkout covers this initial shipment.
Any backordered items will be shipped separately at no additional shipping cost to the customer as inventory becomes available. East Coast Peptides will cover the cost of all subsequent shipments required to complete the order, regardless of the number of shipments necessary.
Customers who prefer to receive all backordered items in a single shipment may contact us after placing their order. Upon request, we can hold backordered items and ship them together once all products are available.
By placing an order containing backordered items, you acknowledge and agree that your order may be fulfilled through multiple shipments and that delivery timelines for backordered products may vary based on inventory availability.

Lost, Delayed, or Stalled Shipments
If a shipment experiences an unusual delay, East Coast Peptides may assist with reviewing the tracking status and initiating a carrier investigation when appropriate.
A shipment may be eligible for review if:
- Tracking shows no movement for 7 consecutive days
- The package remains in transit for more than 15 business days after shipment confirmation
Replacement or refund eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of East Coast Peptides after reviewing the tracking history, carrier status, and any available investigation results.
Customers must contact our support team to begin a shipment review.
East Coast Peptides is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, improper deliveries, lost packages, damaged packages, or carrier handling issues once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please carefully review all shipping details before submitting an order. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been placed.
Orders returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may require additional shipping fees before reshipment. East Coast Peptides is not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
Order Verification & Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and business, some orders may be subject to review before shipment.
East Coast Peptides reserves the right to delay shipment, request additional verification, or cancel orders that appear high-risk, incomplete, suspicious, or potentially fraudulent.
Responsibility After Delivery
Once tracking confirms that an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location and monitoring tracking updates. East Coast Peptides is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, including packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or retrieved by another party after delivery confirmation.
Shipping Availability
East Coast Peptides currently ships within domestic locations supported by USPS shipping services.
Certain destinations may experience longer transit times depending on carrier availability, regional conditions, or service limitations.
